1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website at apporbithub.click or enrolling in any technical market analysis workshop, chart lab, coaching session, or cohort organized by App Orbit Hub Education Co., Ltd. ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Thailand, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2. Nature of Educational Services & Market Disclaimer

App Orbit Hub is an educational institution providing instruction in technical market analysis, chart pattern interpretation, trade journaling methodologies, and mathematical risk management frameworks.

All course materials, chart replay exercises, instructor discussions, and workbook contents are provided strictly for educational and instructional purposes. Market analysis discussions illustrate analytical concepts and historical chart behavior. Financial markets carry inherent risk of capital loss, and past historical chart behavior is not indicative of future market delivery. Participants remain solely responsible for any decisions made in their independent trading accounts.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & Course Materials

All curriculum materials, chart study workbooks, video lecture archives, slide presentations, custom Notion templates, and proprietary replay drill datasets provided during workshops remain the exclusive intellectual property of App Orbit Hub Education Co., Ltd.

Enrolled students are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to view and study the materials for individual educational enrichment. You agree not to distribute, reproduce, re-license, record, publicly broadcast, sell, or exploit any course materials without prior express written consent from the Company.

4. Cohort Enrollment, Attendance, & Studio Code of Conduct

To preserve an environment of mutual respect and focused analytical learning, all participants in both our Chiang Mai physical studio (67/2 Sanamkila Soi 5, T. Si Phum) and live interactive video sessions are expected to adhere to standard professional conduct. The Company reserves the right to suspend or dismiss any student who engages in disruptive, harassing, or unethical behavior without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall App Orbit Hub Education Co., Ltd., its directors, instructors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of your participation in our educational courses or use of our study materials.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you educational services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication to this page. Continued enrollment or site usage following any updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
