Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General Overview & Educational Commitment

At App Orbit Hub Education Co., Ltd., our cohorts and chart lab sessions are strictly limited to small groups (8 to 12 participants) to ensure direct instructor interaction and personalized trade journal auditing. When you reserve a seat, we allocate instructional staff, dedicated workstation terminals at our Chiang Mai studio, and physical course binders specifically for your enrollment.

2. Eligibility for Full & Partial Refunds

• Cancellations More Than 14 Calendar Days Before Cohort Start: If you cancel your enrollment at least 14 days prior to the first scheduled classroom or live broadcast session, you will receive a 100% full refund of tuition paid, minus a standard 3% administrative bank processing fee.
• Cancellations Between 7 and 13 Days Before Cohort Start: Cancellations made within this timeframe are eligible for a 50% partial refund, or alternatively, you may transfer 100% of your tuition credit to any upcoming cohort within 6 calendar months.
• Cancellations Less Than 7 Days Before Cohort Start: Due to allocated studio resources and inability to refill reserved seats on short notice, cancellations made less than 7 calendar days before course commencement are non-refundable. However, full course materials and archived session recordings will remain accessible to you.

3. Work Already Commenced & Ongoing Cohorts

Once a training program, weekend lab, or cohort has officially started (after the completion of Session 1), tuition payments are non-refundable. If unforeseen personal or medical emergencies prevent attendance, students may request a one-time cohort transfer to complete remaining lab modules during a future term.

4. Private 1-on-1 Mentoring Sessions & Rescheduling

• Advance Notice Rescheduling: Private mentoring sessions may be rescheduled without penalty with at least 24 hours advance written notice.
• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Private mentoring sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or unattended without prior notification are counted as completed and deducted from your package balance.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and fees are strictly non-refundable once distributed or incurred:

• Printed physical course binders, custom study workbooks, or laminated chart reference guides already shipped or handed over at the studio.
• One-on-one diagnostic trade journal audit reports already completed and delivered by our instructional team.
• Third-party payment gateway transaction and wire transfer fees.

6. Instructor-Initiated Cancellations

If App Orbit Hub is forced to cancel or postpone a workshop, weekend lab, or cohort due to instructor illness, severe weather, or force majeure events, enrolled students will be offered the choice of an immediate 100% full refund or priority placement in the rescheduled dates.

7. Refund Request Submission & Processing Timeline

To submit a formal refund request, please send an email with your enrollment confirmation details and proof of tuition payment to info@apporbithub.click with the subject line Refund Request - [Your Full Name].

• Review Timeframe: Our admissions and accounting office will review and respond to your request within 3 business days.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed via the original method of payment (PromptPay, domestic Thai bank transfer, or card reversal) within 7 to 10 business days.
